It is so nice to see our clients success shared on professional platforms such as Hortidaily!
Andreas Scherzer shared the lettuce story of Scherzer Gemüse, an already big cultivation company, founded in 2013, producing fruit vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers, and more. This large German grower invested in a 5-ha high-tech greenhouse with a mobile gutter system for lettuce cultivation, where they produce crops since the end of 2021. Now, “we harvest 40,000 heads of lettuce per day” Andreas Scherzer stated.
Tim van Hissenhoven, one of the managing partners of Cultivators, and the one supporting Scherzer Gemüse said: “The article speaks for itself! We are proud to have been supporting this project with assistance from the first idea and after with design support and cultivation advice”.
