Operational Excellence Training
The Operational Excellence Training (OET) simulates medical cannabis cultivation and establishes best practices and operational excellence through a comprehensive and science-based practical training program.
Founded in 2023 by Cultivators and Innexo, the Operational Excellence Training program is unique in Europe as attendees are given the opportunity to work on live cannabis plants during the program. We created this program with licensed producers, suppliers, technology developers, and investors in mind. In a heavily regulated and nascent industry, it is important to capture real-world practical experiences, evaluate them, and establish new benchmarks for operational excellence, standardization, and protocol development and validation.
Our program is carefully put together by leading industry experts. The modules consist of theoretical sessions covering both cultivation and business and are combined with practical sessions where we practice creating cuttings (asexual propagation), transplanting, pruning, crop steering techniques, measuring & data capture, scouting, harvesting, and more. The OET is only available to professionals.

The demonstration aspect increases the visibility of the product to target audiences. The API is the go-to platform where clients or prospects can experience cannabis-related product in action.
Participation in any OET or API must be preceded by a compliance check. The programs are only available to professionals who can demonstrably proof that they are licensed to operate in the medical cannabis space. The compliance requirements are:

Yes, per request, each training module can be altered to contain specific topics. Furthermore, we can include specific products to be used as well.
This means that attendees can work with live cannabis clones or plants during the modules. For the (post) harvest modules, real cannabis flower (fresh or dried) will be available to practice trimming, drying, simulate quality control etc.
Our modules are put together by industry experts who regularly consult, visit, or run their own facility. The information presented is backed-up by science or real-world applications. Furthermore, new techniques are constantly tested and developed at Innexo, ensuring that attendees become familiar with industry best practices
As the program is highly customizable, both in content and timescale, we offer on-request pricing for all our modules. We invite you to contact us with any questions and schedule an introduction meeting.
The program is only open to professionals working for a licensed company. It is impossible to enroll in an OET if the compliance requirements aren’t met.
