About the training

Founded in 2023 by Cultivators and Innexo, the Operational Excellence Training program is unique in Europe as attendees are given the opportunity to work on live cannabis plants during the program. We created this program with licensed producers, suppliers, technology developers, and investors in mind. In a heavily regulated and nascent industry, it is important to capture real-world practical experiences, evaluate them, and establish new benchmarks for operational excellence, standardization, and protocol development and validation.

Our program is carefully put together by leading industry experts. The modules consist of theoretical sessions covering both cultivation and business and are combined with practical sessions where we practice creating cuttings (asexual propagation), transplanting, pruning, crop steering techniques, measuring & data capture, scouting, harvesting, and more. The OET is only available to professionals.
